Honey Bun Pumpkin Mousse Pies

Ingredients:
- 1 Carton Honey Bun Mini Muffins
- 1 Box Pumpkin Cheesecake Instant Pudding and Pie Mix
- 1 Container Whipped Topping, Thawed (reserve 1/2 Cup for topping)
- 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
- 1 15 ounce Can Pumpkin Pie Filling
- Nutmeg, Topping
- Caramel Sauce, Topping
Supplies:
- Hand Mixer
- Lined Cookie Sheet
Directions:
- Unwrap the needed number of Honey Bun Mini Muffins and place on a lined cookie sheet.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the pumpkin cheesecake pudding mix, whipped topping, canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. If too soft, let stand in refrigerate for up to 30 minutes.
- Using a pastry bag, fill with the pumpkin mousse and pipe onto the top of the mini muffins.
- Top with additional whipped topping, nutmeg and caramel sauce.
