Blueberry and Peach Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 1 Carton Blueberry Mini Muffins
- 1 Carton Peach Ice Cream
Supplies:
- Small Ice Cream Scoop
- Lined Cookie Sheet
Directions:
- Unwrap the needed number of mini muffin packages, and slice each muffin in half. Place on the lined cookie sheet.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, place a small amount of ice cream on the bottom half of each muffin slice.
- Add the top to each muffin.
- Place in the freezer for up to one hour.
- Serve and enjoy!

Switch up your ice cream flavor with vanilla or strawberry for even more fun!
